Es125 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use es125's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. es125 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or bank statement in your name. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your es125 account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and changing it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else, including family members.
• Always log out fully from your es125 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorised access to your account to the es125 support team immediately.

Es125 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, we will fully cooperate in investigating any case reported to us promptly.

3 Deposit Policy

Es125 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to the payment method and limits set by the payment service provider.
• All deposits will be credited to your es125 account instantly upon payment confirmation.
• The name on the payment method must match the registered name on the es125 account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

6 Game Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Fraudulent activity, including registering multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any attempt to manipulate gameplay.
• Failure to verify your identity within the stipulated timeframe when requested.
• Use of payment methods that do not belong to you or that involve fraudulent activity.
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the member for responsible gaming reasons.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, es125 reserves the right to hold any remaining balance while the investigation is ongoing. If no breach is proven, the valid balance will be returned to the member.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or device issues beyond es125's control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the es125 platform.
• Any losses arising from a member's failure to understand or comply with game rules or bonus terms.
• Actions or omissions by third parties involved in payment processing.

Es125's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Responsible Gambling
